Polned Uitzendbureau aims for an honest and professional collaboration with both customers and employees. This is emphatically expressed in the way in which we treat our people. Our services mainly depend on the quality of our people – we therefore invest in our employees. 

As an employer, Polned BV is characterized as an open and flat organization where team spirit and professional progress are important drivers. Since we work with international workforces, we see it as our task to support our employees in the areas of housing, working and living.

Working

Polned offers its employees the assurance that there will be enough work when they arrive in the Netherlands. Furthermore, we guarantee an average number of weekly fixed working hours during the entire period that an employee works for us. Since we have a wide variety of customers, it is almost always possible to offer an employee a position which fits well with the person and his experience. Of course, if necessary, the employee is supervised intensively in learning his role on the shop floor so that he can fulfil his position, filled with confidence. In exchange for the certainty that we offer our employees, we ask for: motivation, flexibility, quality and loyalty. 

The employment conditions are attuned to the legislation applicable in the Netherlands, and every employee is of course insured in the correct way. Polned works in accordance with the Federation of Private Employment Agencies collective agreement for Temporary employees. 

Housing

Polned has the SNF (Foundation for Flexible Housing Standards) certificate, which therefore shows that we meet the standards set and also take proper care of our employees in the area of housing. Every house has spacious bedrooms and living rooms and good cooking and sanitary facilities. In addition, sufficient fire safety measures have been taken. We provide facilities such as a WiFi connection, satellite TV and telephone. The houses are located in a rural setting, in the Brabant Kempen region, with many possibilities for relaxation. There are always enough shops in the neighbourhood for buying food groceries and suchlike. 

Living

As well as a the right living and working environment, there are many other factors which contribute to the enjoyment and the way in which employees experience their time at Polned Uitzendbureau in the Netherlands. After working hours, we are therefore also willing to answer questions by employees and to help them where necessary. By organizing various activities for its employees, Polned ensures the relaxation required. These activities are of course attuned to the needs of the employees. A few examples are a day out at a theme park, sports activities and a Polish church mass.
