The Federation of Private Employment Agencies (ABU) and Labour Standards Register (NEN 4400-1)

Polned Uitzendbureau is therefore a member of the Federation of Private Employment Agencies [Algemene Bond Uitzendondernemingen; ABU], the Special Register of the VRO (association for the registration of companies) and the Labour Standards Register [Register Normering Arbeid (NEN 4400-1)]. These organizations offer you as a customer the maximum guarantee that you are doing business with a temporary employment agency which meets its social and legal obligations, as well as its payment obligations such as the payment of premiums and taxes, as apparent by means of frequent checks.
SH Checklist Temporary Employment Agencies (VCU)
In addition, Polned Uitzendbureau is certified in accordance with the SH Checklist Temporary Employment Agencies [Veiligheid Checklist Uitzendbureaus (VCU)]. VCU certification is the assessment of the fact that Polned Uitzendbureau demonstrably works according to and meets the conditions as described in the criteria of the safety checklist for temporary employment agencies. The purpose of this is to execute and deliver working activities in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The German TUV certification and inspection organization has carried out the certification audit and awarded the certificate.
Foundation for Flexible Housing Standards (SNF)
Members of the Federation of Private Employment Agencies who work with migrant workers and have their own accommodation locations available for them must meet the uniform national housing standards of the Foundation for Flexible Housing Standards [Stichting Normering Flexwonen; SNF] which are also laid down in the Federation of Private Employment Agencies collective agreement for Temporary employees. An independent body checks whether these housing standards are correctly applied by members. Polned has the SNF certificate and therefore shows that it also takes proper care of its employees in the area of housing and meets the standards set.
Fair Emplyment Code
The ABU Fair Employment Code for Labour Migrants applies for ABU members who mediate for labour international staff. In addition to the statutory requirements and the Collective Labour Agreement for Temporary Agency Workers (referred to below as ‘the CLA’), the Code offers extra security for this group of employees.
With this code, the Federation of Private Employment Agencies (ABU) aims to contribute towards more certainty for international staff, increasing the quality standards of service, fair competition and a level playing field in the sector.
