Where do we come from?
Polned Uitzendbureau was set up in 1998 by Roma Olejnik, of Polish origin. She was able to successfully build a bridge between Polish people who wish to work and Dutch employers who have a shortage of professional people who know how to set about their work. Polned has now grown to become a well-organized and professional international employment facilitator which is not limited to just Polish employees on the Dutch market, but is open to employees of every nationality. Moreover, we see our sales market continually expanding in Europe.

Polned Uitzendbureau believes in a long-term partnership with its customers, and aims for a good price/productivity ratio as a result of which the competitive position of customers improves.

What are our aims?
Polned aims to fully take over its customers’ cares in the area of HR matters. As an employment facilitator, Polned takes over everything to do with the employment of flexible workers, so that the customer can focus on its core business. Polned arranges its services in a way which fits optimally with the choices of its customers. The provision of services is thereby scalable from ‘lean and mean’ pay-rolling to the complete outsourcing of your process by means of contracting.
Within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility, Polned focuses mainly on the aspect of Social Return. This means that we help people who have difficulty accessing the labour market by offering them chances via our channels. In addition, in optimizing our service, we pay attention to the housing, work and living situation of our employees.
